After we came back from Adelaide, we held a small Birthday Party for E.
Since the past year was the Year of the Duck (according to E's calendar), we made him a Duck cake. We were quite proud of ourselves (Eric did most of the work, I only added a few last touches...).
We invited our friends and had an opportunity to catch up with everyone after the holidays.
While the adults were chatting away, the little people were busy playing.
Well, kids were not the only ones who played...
Eric's hamburgers were a hit!
And so was the Duck cake.
E enjoyed opening his presents. He loved all the books and toys he received.
And then, before the party was over, we played some more.
