Pizza

A colleague of mine, Julian, invited our Team over for pizza. This would not have been so exciting and unusual, had it not been for the fact that Julian built his own pizza oven in his backyard and made his own pizza dough.







We all brought our favorite pizza toppings and created our own pizzas. My first pizza was standard: garlic, pepperoni, mushrooms. The second one was a bit more "sophisticated": mushrooms, smoked salmon, caramelized onions, and pine nuts - Yummy!

As it was past E's bedtime, he initially seemed to prefer to go to sleep.



But the smell of the freshly baked pizza quickly lured him outside.



And he was ready to go... again!



E was very curious about the pizza oven.



He helped Julian bake...



We all had fun and all pizzas were delicious! Thanks, Julian!

E crashed after getting back home (two hours past his bed time).
